Letting properties can be a very stressful and requires hard work and a lot of your time.  You need to be dedicated to look for a tenant and negotiate and need both legal knowledge and enough time to conclude a deal. With ISI Real Estate we provide you with a stress free service for negotiating and concluding a tenancy for you.  We find the best tenants for your property.  Most institutions and regular tenants have a free registration service with us.  We provide a free tenancy agreement. 

Renting

No two tenants are the same.  Our services are designed to suit the individual.  We have a corporate client service to take care of company staff re-locating to the Gambia knowing fully well that problems of renting is not over with just finding a house but there will be tenancy agreements to negotiate, utility arrears to settle, telephones to fix, new keys to arrange, etc. Our pool of properties includes affordable apartment housing and short term lettings.

Property Development

We offer sales service to investors, property developers and buyers and we provide professional advice development options and pre-feasibility study.

Investment Services International provides services to customers who wish to buy, sell, let or rent various types of properties.  We have an enhanced product mix that includes residential, commercial, office, industrial and tourism properties. Our product mix also features sea view properties, fully developed and empty plots. 

We provide project documents and undertake pre-feasibility studies for proposed projects of various types.  We are authors to the first and largest private housing project in the Gambia.

The company comprises three main sections – administration, marketing and research.  Each section is manned by competent staff.  The administration section, among other things, provides minor legal services in the form of tenancy agreements at no cost to the customer, follow ups at the official level (Lands Department, Physical Planning, Legal Department, etc) of land transaction details.  The company also provides free property investment advice particularly in the area of property development and snap valuations or appraisals.  We provide a communication channel with you to update you regularly with the marketing results, providing you with feedback on offers received and other relevant market information.
